Professional activity and membership

  • He took part in creation of a number of the Russian civil law acts and lawsof the former USSR:

    • the Property Law,
    • the Act of Limited Liability Companies,
    • the Act of Cooperative Societies
    • the Provisions of the Civil Legislation of the USSR and the republics, etc.
    • he Modal Civil Code and some other model laws for the CIS countries.

    • Being the member of the new Russian Civil Code elaboration principle work team, he was an official representative of the President of the Russian Federation at passing the project of three sections of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

    He is a member of several scientific advisory councils of the President of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, an arbitrator with a number of Russian courts of arbitration including the Russian Federation Chamber of Industry and Trade International Commercial Court of Arbitration.

Publications

    The author of over 300 scientific and educational works on the issuers of civil law.
